User Account and Responsibilities

User Types: DhyafaTech serves two distinct user groups:
- Service Apartments: Entities seeking to procure products and services.
- Suppliers: Entities providing products and services to service apartments.
- Service Apartments: Must provide accurate property details, ownership information, and operational requirements.
- Suppliers: Required to furnish details about their business, the products/services offered, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
- All users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of their account information and passwords.
- Users must notify DhyafaTech of any unauthorized account activity.
Specific User Responsibilities
Service Apartments:- Comply with procurement procedures as outlined on the platform.
- Engage with suppliers in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ensure accuracy in the representation of products/services.
- Adhere to agreed-upon delivery timelines and quality standards.
General User Conduct
- Prohibited from engaging in unlawful activities, posting harmful content, or disrupting the platform's operations.
- Responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they post.
Transactions and Content
- Each user group is responsible for the transactions they enter into and the content they post on the platform. DhyafaTech is not liable for transactions or content managed by users.
Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify DhyafaTech against claims arising from their use of the platform, breaches of the terms, or content provided.
Account Termination
- DhyafaTech reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for breach of terms. Users can terminate their accounts as per the platform's procedures.

- Supplier Interaction: Communication tools for direct engagement with suppliers for inquiries, negotiations, and feedback.
- Market Access: An opportunity to reach a broad base of service apartments actively seeking products and services.
- Product and Service Listing: Facilities to list, describe, and update product and service offerings.
- Order Management Tools: Tools to manage orders, including receipt, processing, fulfillment, and tracking.
Platform Features
- User Profiles: Customizable profiles for both service apartments and suppliers to showcase their offerings and requirements.
- Search and Filter Functionality: Advanced search options and filters to efficiently connect buyers and sellers.
- Secure Payment Processing: Reliable and secure processing of transactions through the platform.
- Data Analytics: Insights and analytics for users to understand market trends, track performance, and make informed decisions.
Service Limitations
- DhyafaTech provides a platform for transactions and interactions between service apartments and suppliers but is not a party to any contracts formed between them.
- The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services listed.
- DhyafaTech is not responsible for the delivery of products or services – this is a matter between the service apartment and the supplier.
Modifications to the Service
- DhyafaTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or services at any time without prior notice.
- Users will be informed of significant changes to services or platform functionality that may affect their use of the platform.
Support and Maintenance
- DhyafaTech will provide user support and perform regular maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of the platform.
- Scheduled maintenance will be conducted during off-peak hours, with prior notice to minimize disruption.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content
Platform Content: All content on the DhyafaTech platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the platform, is the property of DhyafaTech or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the platform (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of DhyafaTech, its affiliates, licensors, or partners, in the UAE and other countries, and are protected by UAE and international trademark laws.
User-Generated Content
Ownership: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post on DhyafaTech.
License to DhyafaTech: By posting User Content on the platform, you grant DhyafaTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
Representation and Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; that use of the User Content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify DhyafaTech for all claims resulting from the User Content you supply.
Prohibited Use of Platform Content
Restrictions: You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the platform, use of the platform, or access to the platform without the express written consent of DhyafaTech.
No Infringement: You shall not use the DhyafaTech platform in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights or proprietary interests of DhyafaTech or any third party. Any unauthorized use of the platform content or Trademarks is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
Notification of Infringement: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated in any way by the platform, please notify DhyafaTech immediately, providing a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
Response to Infringement: Upon receiving a notification of alleged infringement, DhyafaTech will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the platform.
Payments and Billing
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: DhyafaTech accepts various methods of payment as specified on the platform, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and other electronic payment methods. The availability of a particular payment method may depend on the user's location and the specific transaction.
Payment Processing: All payments made on the DhyafaTech platform are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway. DhyafaTech does not store or have access to your credit card information.
Currency: Transactions will be processed in the currency specified on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion rates may apply as per the terms of your bank or payment provider.
Billing Information
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the DhyafaTech platform. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Invoices and Receipts: After each transaction, DhyafaTech will provide you with an electronic invoice or receipt detailing the transaction for your records.
Fees and Charges
Pricing: All prices for products or services listed on the DhyafaTech platform are subject to change without notice.
Taxes: Prices listed on the platform may or may not include applicable taxes. Any taxes required by law will be added to your invoice as a separate charge.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
